Bourges Plus outsourced the management of its platform in January 2017 through a public service contract to the EDEIS group working in partnership with the Bourges Airport Company for a duration of xxxxx years.
Bourges airport is now a platform dedicated to business aviation. The urban community and the management firm Edeis are working together to:
- Improve the quality of service to users of the airport (certified IS-BAH airport – International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling),
- Manage the impact of the airport’s activity on the local population (working on infrastructure to reduce noise and air pollution),
- Ensure a high level of safety for all users of the platform,
- Study all options leading to the airport being a tool in the service of the local area.
